You're invited to The People’s Prom: A Fundraiser for Headwaters Foundation for Justice!
The People’s Prom is a prom-style evening rooted in joy, belonging, and collective power. Together, we’ll gather to celebrate community while raising $50,000 for Headwaters Foundation for Justice. This is a night for people who believe that organizing should be funded, movements should be celebrated, and that everyone is welcome on the dance floor.
Expect an evening fueled by joy and generosity, including:
- Music, dancing, drag performances, a photo booth, and prom-inspired celebration
- A space that centers our communities’ joy, expression, and connections
- Opportunities to donate throughout the night to support Headwaters, and raffle prizes
- A room full of people ready to show up for each other and for justice
We encourage attendees to come ready to give generously in support of grassroots organizations working for equity and justice across Minnesota. In a time when we’re defending democracy, protecting immigrant neighbors, and creating safe spaces for trans and queer people, this is more than just a dance; it's an opportunity to build power and move money where it matters most. Every dollar raised goes toward Headwaters Foundation for Justice’s work funding critical organizing throughout the state.
