Voices for Racial Justice will lead a community research project that documents how communities of color and other marginalized communities are experiencing surveillance and predictive policing to use as a basis for organizing for reforms. Without intervention, VRJ fears that surveillance will be used to silence free speech, quash protest, and disrupt organizing efforts for justice.
