Minnesota Communities Caring for Children (MCCC) supports communities to raise awareness about the impacts of childhood adversity. It develops culturally-relevant solutions to end child abuse and neglect.

Local Hmong community leaders approached MCCC with a belief that sharing information about Adverse Childhood Experiences and resiliency would be transformational for their community. In response, MCCC developed a project that will be led by two Hmong experts in the fields of school counseling, teaching, and administration. The project will offer facilitated presentations, listening sessions, and curriculum designed to promote healing and resiliency across the community.
