All Parks Alliance for Change Twin Cities Metro

All Parks Alliance for Change is the statewide organization for Minnesota’s 180,000 manufactured home park residents. APAC serves as a unique vehicle for residents to express their needs and concerns in their park neighborhoods and in the larger community. Through popular education, leadership development, and community organizing, APAC works to educate residents and empower them to advocate on their own behalf. Residents work through APAC to improve the quality of life in their highly-diverse, low-income park neighborhoods, protect the rights of park residents, advance policy change that supports affordable and stable park communities, and promote social, racial, and economic justice.
