Are You Ready to Join?

Full participation involves attending all large and small group sessions and engage in all aspects of the program. You will spend time outside of scheduled sessions, for example, reading grants and fundraising from your network. Headwaters program staff support each cohort member through one-on-one coaching.

We know that things can change, but if you know you will have to miss multiple scheduled sessions, you may consider applying for our next Giving Project.

What Do Alums Have to Say?

Jesse from Cohort 2:
“This process is a lot of work. It'll take a great deal of your time and energy. It'll challenge your personal thinking and feelings; and it will challenge you in all of the fundraising, decision-making, and cohort work you're asked to do. But ultimately it will be educational, uplifting, and extremely rewarding.”

Xia from Cohort 6:
"I am amazed at what we were able to accomplish and the amazing organizations we were able to fundraise for. 'We' being the key word, we as the collective."
