Bridging Ecosystems (BE) Fellowship

A participatory, cohort-based fellowship that supports grassroots leaders to strengthen their work.

About the Bridging Ecosystems (BE) Fellowship

We are living through a time of deep uncertainty where our communities are facing colliding crises (political, environmental, social, and financial) that stretch our movements in every direction.

Headwaters has always been in the work of capacity building; every grant, partnership, and conversation with our community has been an act of building trust and strength. Now, we’re taking that work a step further and, with the Bridging Ecosystems (BE) Fellowship, moving from reactive support to proactive strategy.

The BE Fellowship is an opportunity to build capacity, community, and collective power and will equip grassroots leaders and organizations with the space, skills, and support to adapt and sustain their work amidst shifting realities.
