Toni is HFJ’s Grants Associate. They are the the behind-the-scenes wizard that ensures grant cycles run smoothly and payments go out the door. They engage and collaborate with potential grantees to ensure each step of the grant cycle moves forward, assisting potential grantees with any questions, issues, or concerns at any point throughout the grant application process.

Toni is a non-binary, queer, biracial, and second generation Filipino American, and brings experience as both a grants administrator and grant writer for community-based nonprofit organizations in the Twin Cities. Toni has a background in community outreach, civic engagement, grassroots organizing, and facilitating political and popular education within Filipinix, labor, and anti-prison and detention communities.
