Ray is our leader of multi-racial, cross-class Giving Project cohorts. They guide each group of participants to build a shared understanding of how societal power works—and what they can do together to manifest something different. Ray walks alongside participants as each one learns how to develop fundraising practices and decision-making skills that are based in trusting relationships.   

Ray’s collective liberation practice gains inspiration whenever people get together to learn and co-create a better future. They love watching Giving Project cohorts tap into their individual experiences under racialized capitalism and step into cooperative action, funding BIPOC-led movements for systemic change.
