Eemanna is a Headwaters Program Coordinator, with a passion for reparatory justice, storytelling, and community wellbeing. She is excited to act as a bridge builder for organizers in the Twin Cities and beyond. Eemanna has a background in community organizing, working in movement spaces with various strategies and focus areas. Having been politically active as a youth, Eemanna went on to study Peace Justice and Conflict Studies and African Diaspora studies while at University. This propelled her into facilitating, building coalitions and teaching creative workshops.
Eemanna is an artist, with a passion for using music and art as a vehicle for change. Outside of work Eemanna enjoys basking in the sun, tending to her plants, traveling to new places and exploring different cuisines.
