Allison (she/her/hers) is an organizer and facilitator rooted in racial justice and collective liberation. She got to know Headwaters as a college intern for a grantee organization and served as a volunteer grant reviewer before joining the staff as a Ron McKinley Philanthropy Fellow in 2015.
Allison has over 10 years of experience training, educating and mobilizing people to act for social justice in Minnesota and throughout the country. Allison is the board chair of Resource Generation, is involved with the Mystic Soul Project, and is an Enneagram practitioner. She is pursuing a Master in Leadership for Social Transformation at United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities. Allison is a lifelong Minneapolitan. She's into Crossfitting, swimming, and food adventures with her husband Kevin.
