Allison is inspired each day by HFJ’s bold vision to transform philanthropy while centering the wisdom of community leadership. She is committed to building an HFJ with her fabulous colleagues who exemplify and lead with our values.

Allison launched our Giving Project program in 2015 and has substantive expertise in community-led fundraising and grassroots grantmaking practices.
