Erica Mauter has served as the executive director of the Twin Cities Women’s Choice and Twin Cities Girls’ Choir. Her professional experience also includes work as a senior validation engineer for CIMA Labs and a research engineer for General Mills. Mauter served as a member of the City of Minneapolis Capital Long-Range Improvements Committee and the Family Equality Council’s Midwest Advisory Council and as a board member for the American Civic Forum, the Minnesota Fringe Festival, Project 515, and the Twin Cities Women’s Choir. She earned a B.S.E. in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan and an M.A. in organizational leadership from St. Catherine University. She lives in the Tangletown neighborhood of Minneapolis.
