In 2021, Aimee Vue joined Headwaters through the Giving Project, bringing a deep commitment to social impact. Her journey has been marked by a strong belief in community and trust-based philanthropy, exemplified by her role in facilitating youth-led giving circles. Aimee’s dedication to these values has shaped her identity and approach, making her a vital advocate for community-led grantmaking.
Aimee is excited to contribute her expertise in human-centric facilitation, research, and design to Headwaters. As a Senior Consultant at Fathom Consulting, she has worked with a wide range of clients, from nonprofits to Fortune 500 companies, bringing her empathetic approach to problem-solving. In her diverse career, she has worked on developing innovative youth engagement practices, designing kombucha popsicles, and navigating the Minnesota legislature's commerce committee. With a B.A. from Brown University and an Executive Certificate in Social Innovation Design from the University of Pennsylvania, and a 2023 mayoral appointment to St. Paul's Neighborhood Sales Tax Revitalization Board, Aimee continues to blend her curiosity and passion for social impact with her love of community.
