Eartha Bell

Treasurer

For over a decade, Eartha has been working for organizations in the Twin Cities to advance social justice and equity through the arts and environmental work. Most recently, she was the founding Executive Director of Frogtown Farm, a non-profit urban farm using regenerative practices. Having experienced the way philanthropy can serve to further perpetuate injustices and inequities, she joined the Headwaters board in 2016 because she is passionate about advancing community funded movement building. Eartha holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management, where she was a Sands Fellow for Social Entrepreneurship, and a Bachelors of Arts from Macalester College.
