Giving Project
Giving Project grants are offered once each year. They provide general operating support to organizations that lead grassroots organizing work across Minnesota. Participants of the Giving Project raise grant funds. The cross-class, multiracial cohort spend several months leading both the fundraising and grantmaking process.
The 2021 Giving Project cohort – a group of 16 exceptional volunteers - made it possible for us to invest in 20 BIPOC-led organizations leading Minnesota to collective liberation. Each organization received a $15,000 general operating grant to support their work to build power and fight for justice.
